Restoration Technician

Pay Rate:

$18+/hr (Based off experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time
Must be available for occasional nights, weekends, and on-call rotation.

Location:

Columbia, SC Area

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation services
-Assist with demolition, drying, cleaning, and restoration projects
-Set up equipment and maintain clean, organized job sites
-Follow safety procedures and properly use PPE
-Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
-Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and materials

Job Requirements:

-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Experience in demolition, construction, industrial cleaning, or restoration preferred
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Dependable transportation
-Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
-Ability to work in tight spaces, including crawl spaces and attics
-Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Screening Requirements:

-Clean background (No felony convictions)
-Drug screen required
