Premier Electronic Systems Manufacturer located in Sterling Heights, Michigan is seeking SMT Operators to join their growing team of manufacturing professionals. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits offered upon direct hire with internal advancement opportunities available!

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Shift: Sunday- Tuesday: 6:00am to 6:00pm and Wednesday: 6am to 12:30pm

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

• Operate SMT or AOI machines to support the production floor
• Inspect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as required.
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of electronic assembly experience and/or visual inspection of PCBs required
• Ability to read and understand directions written in English
• Experience with basic hand soldering skills is highly preferred
