Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator for a position in a climate-controlled shop. The ideal candidate can independently set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials.
Enter or edit machine programs and make necessary offsets.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Identify and troubleshoot machining or quality issues.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills.
Ability to work independently from blueprints and specifications.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
Experience using precision measuring equipment.
Ability to hold required tolerances and produce quality parts.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials as required.
