Buckingham Property Management is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Crossings at Madera! If you have apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment turns and work orders
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal
• Assist with preventative maintenance and inspections
• Ensure apartments are clean and move-in ready
• Work closely with the property management team

Qualifications:

• Maintenance experience preferred (apartment maintenance is a plus)
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to lift, carry, climb stairs, and perform physical work
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
