We're seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations from project kickoff through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment and is committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily field operations and jobsite activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor project schedules and keep work progressing efficiently.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and maintain daily reports.
• Promote and enforce all jobsite safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve field issues and maintain project timelines.
• Review project progress, assist with punch lists, and help close out projects successfully.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with construction-related software and technology.
• Associate's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
