We’re seeking a reliable Pick/Pack & Inventory Associate to join a warehouse team in Copiague. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with RF scanners, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Order Picking — Accurately pick products using RF scanners
Packing Operations — Prepare, label, and pack orders for shipment
Inventory Control — Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and maintain accurate inventory records
Receiving Tasks — Assist with unloading, sorting, and verifying incoming shipments
Warehouse Organization — Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas
RF Scanner Experience
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer or handheld device skills
Strong accuracy, reliability, and teamwork
