General Laborer / Production Worker

The Laborer provides support across multiple departments on the production floor to help maintain workflow and meet daily production goals. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly learn a variety of tasks while following safety and quality standards.

Candidates must be comfortable moving between different departments and work areas throughout the facility based on daily production needs.

This is a hands-on position that may be a great fit for candidates with experience in general labor, manufacturing, production, warehouse work, assembly, material handling, forklift operation, construction, or machine operation.

Pay: $18.00-20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various production departments as needed.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Support machine operators with setup, material handling, and production tasks.
• Perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and general labor duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must speak Spanish or be bilingual
• Must be comfortable working across multiple departments and changing tasks as needed
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Able to safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Able to follow workplace safety and quality procedures
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, material handling, or general labor experience is helpful
• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Overtime hours required
