What You'll Do

• Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts
• Inspect finished products for defects and perform basic secondary operations
• Package parts and prepare products for shipment
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $17–$19/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
