Welder / Forklift Driver

Location: Chickasha Ok.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Welder / Forklift Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for performing welding and fabrication duties while also operating forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have welding experience, forklift operation skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Fabricate, repair, and assemble metal components.
• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, transport, and store materials.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to read measuring devices and blueprints.
• Knowledge of welding tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
