What You'll Do

Log and track customer requests for quotations
Process customer purchase orders and enter data into the ERP system
Communicate with customers regarding quote status and order updates
Obtain pricing from vendors and follow up on outstanding requests
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the sales team
Support daily inside sales and administrative operations

What We're Looking For

Previous administrative, inside sales, customer service, or office experience
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience using an ERP system (SyteLine, SAP, Epicor, or similar) preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22–$26/hr, based on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
