Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Inventory & Stock Associates for a busy wholesale perfume company. The facility consists of a retail storefront with a warehouse in the back where merchandise is received, inventoried, stocked, pulled, and prepared for shipment.

This is a physical, hands-on warehouse position requiring strong attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work around fragrances throughout the day.

Employees will work 5 days/40 hours per week, but the specific days scheduled may change. Open availability Monday through Saturday is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming perfume and fragrance shipments
• Use a dolly to move products from pallets to designated stocking areas
• Unbox merchandise and verify products and quantities
• Stock and organize products on warehouse shelves
• Place additional inventory on upper or lower shelving as needed
• Check inventory for accuracy
• Pull customer orders using paper order and inventory sheets
• Prepare merchandise for outgoing orders and shipments
• Move products from the warehouse to the retail area when store inventory is low
• Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist in other areas as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Must be able to read English, as all inventory sheets and orders are paper-based and written in English
• Previous warehouse, inventory, stocking, order pulling, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using a dolly and performing physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify inventory
• Must be comfortable working around perfume and strong fragrances
• Dependable transportation and ability to report to work as scheduled
• Must be available Monday–Saturday between 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Must be a team player and willing to assist wherever needed

Attendance Expectations

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. Consistent tardiness, excessive absences, or failure to report to work as scheduled will not be tolerated and may result in the end of the assignment.

Background Requirements

This employer is background-friendly and will consider candidates on a case-by-case basis; however, theft-related history is not acceptable for this position.

Schedule

Employees will be scheduled 5 days per week for approximately 40 hours.

Operating Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Scheduled days may vary from week to week, so candidates must have availability Monday through Saturday.
