Bilingual Warehouse Clerk Lead – English/Spanish

Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM & Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Hours: Work approximately 39 hours per week and get paid for 40 hours
Warehouse Size: Approximately 30,000 sq. ft. – Non-climate-controlled / No A/C

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Clerk Lead to join a small, hands-on warehouse team of approximately four employees. This position is ideal for someone who currently has warehouse lead experience or is an experienced warehouse associate ready to take the next step into leadership.

This is a working lead position—you will be expected to help in all areas of the warehouse while also helping keep the team organized, productive, and on task.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily workflow of a small warehouse team
• Help provide direction and support to warehouse associates
• Pull and process orders using a manual/paper-based system
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Perform assembly and shelving duties
• Receive and unload incoming trucks
• Verify incoming products and inventory for accuracy
• Stack, organize, and properly store merchandise
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Operate a manual pallet jack
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general material handling
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse
• Jump into any area where help is needed, including general cleanup and sweeping
• Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Previous warehouse lead experience strongly preferred OR demonstrated ability and desire to move into a lead role
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be able to read and understand English, as orders and warehouse systems are manual
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience with manual pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and help keep a small team on task
• Must be comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse
• Must be willing to perform any warehouse task needed—a strong "team player" mentality is essential
• Must be available for the entire required schedule, including Saturdays

Forklift Experience

Sit-down forklift experience is a plus but not required. The company is willing to pay for forklift certification for the right candidate.

Schedule – Non-Negotiable

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Employees work approximately 39 hours but are paid for 40 hours each week.

Compensation & Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition permanently based on performance, attendance, and overall fit.
