We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find Mowing Crew Members. In this role, you will work as part of a crew performing hands-on outdoor work including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism. You must have commercial, high-volume mowing experience to be considered.

 

Pay, Schedule & Benefits
Pay: $18 – $24 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Flexibility required based on weather conditions and workload needs
Opportunity for consistent, year-round work

 

What will you do as a Mowing Care Crew Member?

• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Operate and maintain mowing tools and equipment safely
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently

What qualifications will you have as a Mowing Crew Member?

• Previous commercial, high volume mowing experience is required
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to the job site or shop
• Valid driver’s license required
