CNC Setup Technicians

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3:25 p.m. – 10:25 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC mills and lathes for production runs and machine changeovers.
• Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, workholding, and machine components.
• Load or select programs, establish offsets, and verify machine settings.
• Produce and inspect first-piece parts before releasing jobs to production.
• Troubleshoot setup, tooling, and quality issues.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances and production standards.
• Assist machine operators with technical issues and proper machine operation.
• Maintain accurate setup documentation and an organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC setup, machining, or advanced machine-operation experience.
• Ability to understand tooling, offsets, fixtures, and machining processes.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to production needs.
