Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, and month-end close activities.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance, manage sales tax filings, and coordinate external tax preparation.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Implement internal controls, manage risk, and improve business processes and financial systems.
  • Lead and develop finance team members while driving departmental performance.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or banking with strong financial reporting and compliance knowledge.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel, ADP, Zoho, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
