Base Bond Operator (DWK)

Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Position Summary: The Base Bond Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring base bond equipment in the manufacturing area to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production. This position supports daily manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, and following all safety and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate base bond machinery according to established work instructions.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products and equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns to supervision or maintenance.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping requirements.
• Assist with material handling and workstation organization.
• Support team members and production goals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
