Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for a company located in Wyoming, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with building and equipment maintenance experience who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment. The company is willing to train on select electrical and computer-related functions for the right candidate.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Wyoming, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs on air compressors, hydraulic systems, HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing components as needed.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical line diagrams.
• Clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and facility equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform exterior facility repairs as needed.
• Obtain estimates for supplies, services, and repair parts; order parts and materials when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and repair robot welders, cutting equipment, air compressors, and sandblast booths.
• Rebuild pumps and maintain dual-action sanders and related production equipment.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance experience required.
• Hydraulic experience required.
• Computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical prints, drawings, and electrical line diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
