Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Camden, SC
Salary: $65,000/year+ Based off experience
Schedule: Flexible 1st Shift (typically 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-6:00 PM). Must be available to support all three shifts as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of four employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, production scheduling support, and warehouse operations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

-Supervise, train, and support a team of four warehouse and material handling employees.
-Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and material storage operations.
-Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and inventory control.
-Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure all required documentation is completed.
-Utilize ERP systems, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Excel to manage inventory and warehouse operations.
-Support purchasing activities and production scheduling.
-Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and FIFO inventory practices.
-Manage nonconforming materials and return material authorizations (RMAs).
-Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
-Promote warehouse organization, 5S standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Help maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations while meeting production and customer delivery goals.

Qualifications

-Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
-Strong experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
-Experience using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Excel.
-Previous forklift (Hi-Lo) experience.
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with production scheduling, purchasing, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or IQMS is a plus.

Physical Requirements

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
-Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

-Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and closed-toe shoes.

Pre-Employment Requirements

-Clean 5-panel drug screen required.
