What You’ll Do

•          Front‑line program support - Serve as the first point of contact, providing clear information and directing students and staff.
•          Lab and simulation setup - Prepare, maintain, and store equipment; track consumables; uphold safety and MSDS standards.
•          Record and accreditation support - Compile, organize, and safeguard essential documents and confidential student records.
•          Administrative and purchasing coordination - Process purchase orders, manage travel requests, and support daily office operations.
•          Cross‑department collaboration - Work closely with faculty and staff.

What You Bring

•          Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•          Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
•          High proficiency with MS Office and general office technology.
•          Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and supporting a diverse academic environment.
•          Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
•          Direct experience in EMS, Fire Sciences, or Medical fields.
