Pay: $23.95-$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Brake Press Operators and Welders for a leading manufacturing company in Morton, IL. If you have at least one year of experience operating brake press equipment or performing MIG/TIG welding in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
Benefits:

  • Full-time positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Responsibilities:
Brake Press Operators
  • Set up and operate CNC brake press machines
  • Read blueprints and work orders
  • Measure and inspect finished parts for quality
  • Perform machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
Welders
  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components
  • Read blueprints and welding specifications
  • Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
  • Grind, finish, and prepare parts as needed
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of brake press or welding experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to quality
  • Manufacturing experience required
