Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is searching for a driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new residential and commercial business across the local area. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business-to-business (B2B) and residential door-to-door sales calls to generate leads and open new accounts.

• Present products and services to potential client decision-makers, securing ongoing account contracts.

• Manage sales pipelines, follow up on prospect inquiries, and hit weekly account-growth targets.

• Operate a company-provided vehicle safely while managing a local daily sales route.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is required; background in B2B or direct outreach preferred.

• Industry Knowledge: HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not required (training provided).

• Licensing & Screenings: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen and full background check.

• Attire: Professional presentation with long pants and closed-toe shoes (company uniform shirt provided).

Work Environment & Perks:

• Competitive base pay ($20/hr) plus commission earnings on secured accounts.
