Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload parts on the paint line
  • Prepare metal parts for painting or powder coating
  • Inspect painted parts for quality and proper coverage
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and production standards
  • Work with the production team to keep the paint line running efficiently
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing, paint line, powder coating, or industrial painting experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
