General Labor Job Duties

• Unload deliveries and move materials into designated storage areas
• Organize supplies, furniture, and materials throughout the property
• Assist with preparing apartments for new residents
• Support apartment maintenance staff with general labor and cleanup tasks
• Perform moving, lifting, and other physical duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to perform physical work including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Previous general labor, construction, moving, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
