A leading manufacturer of industrial gas analysis and process monitoring equipment is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its expanding production team in Ventura, CA. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for a long-term career with a growing company. Immediate openings are available, with additional hiring anticipated in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial equipment, parts, subassemblies, and complete systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagrams.
• Use hand tools, hardware, and components to build finished products.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with previous assembly experience.
• Experience using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and similar equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams is highly preferred.
• English fluency of approximately 70-80% is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
