Express Employment is now seeking a Spot Weld Operator for a manufacturing company in the Lexington area. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating spot weld machines to fabricate sub-assemblies or final assembly. Starting pay is $16-$18 hourly based on experience.

Duties include:
- Set up machines
- Read and understand work orders
- Measure and examine a sample of the machine product before production run
- Operate spot welding machines

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience spot welding
- Ability to read and document daily activities
- Ability to lift 15 pounds consistently
- Ability to maintain clean machinery and working area
- Self-Starter
- Oral and written communication skills
