Case Managers continue to be in demand across a variety of nonprofit organizations serving youth, families, veterans, seniors, individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health clients, and other community members.

Common Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by organization but may include:
- Conducting client intakes and needs assessments
- Developing individualized service or case plans
- Connecting clients with community resources and support services
- Monitoring client progress and documenting case notes
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Coordinating services with outside agencies and community partners
- Assisting clients in achieving personal, educational, housing, or employment goals
- Advocating on behalf of clients
- Maintaining compliance with funding and program requirements
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
We're typically looking for candidates who have:
- Previous case management, social services, behavioral health, or human services experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
- Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of local community resources
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field is preferred for many positions
- Valid Washington State driver's license for positions requiring community outreach
Position Details
Pay: Typically $24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and the organization.
Schedule: Most opportunities are full-time, Monday through Friday, though occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
Location: Opportunities are available throughout Thurston County.
