Common Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by employer but may include:
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Month-end and year-end close
- General ledger reconciliations
- Budget preparation and forecasting
- Journal entries and account analysis
- Financial reporting
- Assisting with audits
- Supporting accounting process improvements
Qualifications
We're typically looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Previous accounting experience
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP or accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Position Details
Pay: Typically $30.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience and the position.
Schedule: Most opportunities are full-time, Monday through Friday.
Location: Opportunities are available throughout Thurston County.
