Freezer Forklift Operator

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM until all work is completed
• Optional Saturdays based on business needs

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Freezer Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires working in a cold storage environment while safely operating a variety of powered industrial equipment to move, store, and organize products. Candidates must be comfortable working in freezing temperatures and committed to maintaining a safe, productive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate:
  • Stand-up forklifts
  • Sit-down forklifts
  • Reach trucks
  • Cherry pickers
  • Double rider pallet jacks
• Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and replenish inventory.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a freezer/cold storage environment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift.
• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must successfully pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen, including THC.
• Ability to work overtime and optional Saturdays when needed.
