Robotic Welder

A company located in Dexter is looking for welders on 1^st shift. You’ll be responsible for operating a Robotic Welder machine.

What you’ll be doing as a Welder

• Operate and adjust Robotic Welder machinery, including performing equipment changeovers and basic program adjustments.

• Read blueprints to layout, fit, and weld fabricated components using MIG hand-welding and torch cutting techniques.

• Inspect finished welds for quality using precision measurement tools.

• Rework and repair defective welds by grinding, dismantling, re-shaping, and re-welding parts to specification.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Welder

• 2+ years if experience operating Robotic Welders and MIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints
• High School diploma or GED

• Monday-Thursday, 4:00am – 2:30pm
