Project Manger

Located in Poulsbo, WA

Salary: $35-$40

Overview:  We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with experience in retail fixtures, millwork, casework, or commercial interiors who is looking to build a long-term career with a growing team. 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

·        Manage projects from planning and estimating through completion and closeout 

·        Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages for new opportunities 

·        Develop project schedules and coordinate project timelines 

·        Monitor budgets, forecasting, costs, and overall project financial performance 

·        Manage submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation 

·        Coordinate with clients, store representatives, architects, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors 

·        Oversee material procurement and supplier relationships 

·        Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards 

·        Prepare closeout documentation and as-built drawings 

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying future project opportunities 

Requirements:

·        Previous project management and estimating experience in store fixtures, millwork, casework, cabinetry, commercial interiors, or related industries 

·        Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities 

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and project reporting tools 

·        Strong leadership, organization, and relationship-building abilities 

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 

·        Willingness to learn and utilize estimating software and reporting systems 

·        Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada as needed 

·        CAD experience is a plus 

Hours/Shift:
Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay:
$35.00-$40.00/hr DOE
