Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $15.00/hour (Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hour based on performance)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Enclosure Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Fort Myers. This position is responsible for assembling metal enclosures and filter housings used in industrial filtration products. This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, or production experience who enjoy working with their hands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal enclosures, filter housings, and related components according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools to install hardware, brackets, panels, gaskets, and other components.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure and verify parts using basic measuring tools.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
