Express Employment Professionals – Baltimore is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to join our client's warehouse team in the White Marsh area. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a reach truck in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment. This position is responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, replenish, and put away inventory at various rack heights.
• Load and unload pallets from storage locations.
• Scan products using RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, order picking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck experience is required (6 months to 2 years preferred).
• Valid forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment

• Distribution center or warehouse setting.
• May include refrigerated, freezer, or non-climate-controlled environments, depending on the facility.
• Steel-toe boots and other required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn.
