Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Electrical Production Associate for a growing manufacturer of custom illuminated signage. This is a hands-on manufacturing role for candidates with low-voltage electrical, wiring, or electrical assembly experience.

This is not a general production position. We're looking for someone who understands electrical systems, can read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and has experience with basic primary wiring, LED systems, and low-voltage power supplies.

What You'll Do

• Install and connect electrical wiring for custom illuminated signs
• Assemble electrical components, including LED, neon, and electronic display systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical components
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and applicable electrical codes
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to complete custom projects

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Low-voltage electrical wiring
• Electrical assembly
• LED lighting systems
• Sign manufacturing
• Lighting installation
• Electrical production or manufacturing
• Industrial electrical work

Successful candidates should have:

• Experience with basic primary wiring
• Knowledge of 12V and 24V power supplies
• LED system experience
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and wiring schematics
• Understanding of electrical safety practices and code requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday work may be available based on production needs.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Work in a manufacturing environment using electrical tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
