Job Description

Express Employment Professionals are looking for welders to connect with local businesses. Several positions are available for both shop-based and traveling work. The ideal candidate is reliable, experienced with multiple welding processes, and able to work from blueprints or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, and Dual Shield welding as required depending on each job
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings,
• Fit and fabricate components including manifolds, exhaust systems, and structural assemblies
• Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, and press brakes
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Travel to job sites when assigned (travel positions available)

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience (MIG, TIG, ARC, Dual Shield)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Experience with fabrication and sheet metal work preferred
• Own basic tools is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
