Position Duties essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: 

• Ensures product and shipping quantities match documentation requirements.
• Completes packaging of product in accordance with best practice methods, standard commercial packaging, and/or special handling and packaging instructions noted on the Sales Order.
• Completes and verifies that all special customer requirements on sales orders are met.
• Prepares export documentation in compliance with all applicable United States and Foreign Trade regulations, and ensures documentation is complete and accurate.
• Compiles required export data, audits data entry and submits through the OCR EASE/ Automated Export System (AES).
• Coordinates with Carriers, Custom Brokers and/or Freight Forwarders as required.
• Process shipments in customer portals when required, and as instructed on the Sales Order. Performs data entry to generate invoices and packing lists for shipments.S&R(UPS, FedEx, DHL (Air &Land) Conway/XPO, ABS, Dominion, Yellow Freight and more ), Negotiations, BOL Processing, Freight & Logistics Coordinating. 
  • Create Export Documents - Domestic/International (Mexico, Australia, Germany, Canada), Coordinate shipment pickups and deliveries with International Forwarders, Private carriers for large shipments (Air, Land &Sea), Inventory Control, Cycling, Tracking, Forklift Driver (Standup, Cherry Picker, Sit down), Load/Unload, Process work orders, Customer Service
