Operations Associate – Warehouse/Delivery

Job Summary:
Responsible for warehouse operations, customer orders, inventory, and delivery of automotive parts. Works with team members and management to provide excellent customer service and keep operations running efficiently.

Job Duties:

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Stock and organize warehouse shelves.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Process customer returns.
• Handle hazardous materials safely.
• Load and unload heavy or bulky items.
• Deliver automotive parts using a company vehicle when needed.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and lift gates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for safety purposes.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical warehouse work.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
