Job Full Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food service products industry, is seeking Production Packers to join their team in Brantford. Packers play an important role on the production line, ensuring finished products are packaged accurately and meet established quality standards.

Available Shifts:

• Afternoon Shift (1 opening)
• Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Pack, tape, and prepare finished products according to production specifications.
• Verify product counts, quantities, and packaging requirements.
• Maintain quality standards for all packaged products.
• Minimize material waste and ensure efficient use of supplies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
• Wear required PPE and work safely at all times.
• Report hazards, safety concerns, and unsafe work practices to supervisors.

Job Experience

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a hot, humid, and noisy manufacturing environment.

Job Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
