Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills, is recruiting for a Soldering Rework Technician.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $24.00–$26.00/Hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

* Perform surface mount (SMD) and through-hole soldering
* Rework and repair electronic assemblies and circuit boards
* Remove and replace electronic components using heat guns and soldering equipment
* Test and inspect electronic components to ensure quality standards are met
* Use measuring and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic assemblies
* Assist with shipping, packing, and light assembly as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow quality standards and work instructions

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience with SMD and through-hole soldering
* Experience performing soldering rework and repairs
* Ability to use measuring and diagnostic tools
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to read and follow work instructions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and dependable work ethic
