Pallet Repair Technician

Location: Lake Park, GA

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be hands-on every day, repairing, rebuilding, and preparing pallets to meet customer specifications. You'll work both independently and alongside team members to keep production goals on track and ensure every pallet leaving the facility is built to last.

Follow repair instructions and pallet specifications with accuracy.
Consistently meet or exceed daily production targets.
Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, stacking, and moving pallets.
Stand or walk for the majority of your shift.
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. independently and more with assistance.
Stack 400+ pallets per day, 11 to 22 pallets high.
Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, and other equipment.
Accurately assess and separate boards that can be reused from those that cannot.
Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and in safe working order.
Mark repaired pallets with your assigned employee ID.

Schedule & Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Overtime may be available based on production demands.

Qualifications

Experience in pallet repair, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or related work is helpful but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Position Details

This position requires frequent lifting, bending, reaching, standing, and repetitive movement. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment and maintaining productivity standards while following all safety procedures.
