Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm With OT | Monday–Friday

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Powder Coating Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and develop skills in industrial finishing, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Training is provided for candidates with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply proper powder coating techniques and practices
Operate coating equipment, including spray guns, hoppers, and booth systems
Monitor machine gauges and processes to detect coating defects or irregularities
Bake coated parts at correct temperatures and durations
Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures and racks
Ensure all coated components meet production and quality standards
Clean and maintain powder coating equipment and workspace
Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Support general production tasks and take on other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

Must have Strong Experience in the powder coating processes and equipment operation
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Team player with a positive, reliable work ethic
Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
