Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced electrician or industrial electrical professional for a short-term training assignment. This is not an internal Express position.

The selected individual will lead a one-week workshop covering basic AC/DC electrical concepts. This opportunity is ideal for an electrician, industrial maintenance professional, electrical trainer, or experienced technician who enjoys sharing practical knowledge with others.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate a 40-hour electrical workshop over one week
• Teach basic AC and DC electrical concepts
• Explain electrical terminology, components, and safe work practices
• Demonstrate basic troubleshooting and electrical principles
• Answer participant questions and provide hands-on guidance
• Present information clearly to individuals with different experience levels
• Maintain a professional, organized, and safety-focused learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with industrial electrical systems
• Solid understanding of basic AC/DC electrical concepts
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a group
• Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Professional, dependable, patient, and safety-conscious
• Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or workshop experience is preferred but not required
