Now Hiring: Assembly Workers! A growing manufacturing company in Rome City, IN is looking for dependable individuals to join their team on first shift, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you'll assemble wire harnesses, cables, and light mechanical products, perform quality inspections, and use a variety of hand tools and equipment to ensure products meet company standards. This position is primarily seated with occasional standing and lifting of up to 40 pounds. We're looking for team players with strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a willingness to learn. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we provide on-the-job training.
