Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our team. This role is responsible for packing customer orders, applying product stickers, and ensuring all items meet quality standards before shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team environment, and is committed to meeting daily production goals. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Apply product stickers and labels to finished products
• Meet production goals of packing approximately 200 stickers per hour
• Operate shrink wrap machines, counting scales, and iPads as part of the packaging process
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• No experience necessary – training provided
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and counting tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Additional information for the Custodial position

·         Pay: $16 per hour

·         Monday- Friday : 7AM-3PM

·         Warren, Michigan
