What You'll Do

• Contact insurance companies to verify benefits using a structured list of questions
• Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
• Verify insurance information, eligibility, deductibles, copays, and filing timelines
• Review and enter procedure codes using the company's claims processing system
• Perform accurate data entry
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives by phone and email
• Maintain detailed records while meeting productivity and accuracy goals
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Support claims processing for an Early Intervention program serving children ages 0–3

What You'll Bring

• Insurance, medical billing, claims processing, healthcare administration, customer service, or office administration experience is a plus
• Medical claims or insurance billing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with deductibles, copays, and insurance verification is helpful
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Accurate data entry skills
• College coursework or a degree is a plus, but not required
