Industrial Engineering Technician

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring an Industrial Engineering Technician to support manufacturing process improvements, production analysis and continuous-improvement projects for a growing aerospace manufacturer.

 

Pay: Starts at $28-$38/hr+ (Open to hourly or salaried compensation, depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Location: Denver, CO
Position Type: Contract; duration to be determined

Job Highlights:

• Collect and analyze manufacturing and operational data
• Conduct time studies and work measurements
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and process documentation
• Support Lean, Six Sigma and continuous-improvement projects
• Create process flows, layouts and KPI reports
• Assist with new equipment, tooling and production methods
• Partner with engineering, production, quality and maintenance

What We Look For:

• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or process improvement
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Associate degree or technical diploma in a related field preferred
• CAD and ERP/MRP experience are helpful
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance are required
