Construction Laborer
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)

Join a hardworking construction crew where no two days are the same. We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team. This position involves a variety of general construction tasks on active job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday
• Shovel dirt, gravel, and other materials
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team
• Complete other general construction duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Construction or general labor experience required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
