Human Resources Administrator
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Onsite Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Position Summary
The Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative, operational, and compliance support across the employee lifecycle. This role works closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure efficient HR processes, accurate recordkeeping, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Records
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage digital HR filing systems and records retention.
- Prepare HR correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Respond to employment verification requests.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and processes.
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation logistics.
- Support employee transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations.
- Assist with offboarding processes, exit documentation, and record management.
Reporting, Analytics & Payroll Support
- Prepare payroll-related reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
- Conduct routine data audits and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and identify process improvements.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Assist with unemployment claims administration and related documentation.
- Support HR audits, compliance reviews, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality while supporting employee relations activities.
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
HR Projects
- Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Assist with HR system implementations, testing, and process documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of Human Resources, HR Administration, or related experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll support preferred.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and data management skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities effectively.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to travel occasionally between work sites as needed.
