Job Duties: 

• Perform MIG Welding 
• Weld parts in vertical positions and execute fast, downward-motion welds
• Clamp, hold, tack, grind and position components to meet production specs
• Select and install torches, tips, and wire based on material thickness
• Ignite torches, strike arcs, and complete welds per job requirements 
• Adjust gas flow and pressure to achieve proper flame and weld quality 
• Follow blueprints, charts, and internal safety standards 
• Strong, consistent welds that meet structural and appearance standards 
• Accurate setups that support fast-paced manufacturing 
• Steady production output with minimal rework 

Requirements: 

• Proficient in MIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and spec sheets 
• Minimum 1-2 years MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication 
• Able to pass weld test and proven ability to weld vertical and fast-motion components 
• Experience setting up welding equipment and consumables 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds routinely 
• Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Ability to work in heat, sparks, and high-noise environments
• Strong manual dexterity and visual accuracy 

Work Schedule: 6am to 2pm Monday - Friday
