Customer Service Representative Essential Duties
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist walk-in visitors
- Organize routing schedules and coordinate daily shipments
- Maintain smooth daily workflows within operations and client support department
- Learn and apply air transport regulations and security rules
- Deliver polite and dependable customer service
Customer Service Representative Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- High reliability, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow safety rules
- Capability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced cargo environment
- Prior logistics, warehousing, or airline shipping experience preferred
- Requires security clearance and TSA compliance
