About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a Plumbing Assistant to join our client’s team.

They are a small, family-owned residential plumbing company, willing to train a dependable career-minded candidate. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and service calls.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Dig trenches and perform general labor as needed.
• Measure, cut, and assemble piping under supervision.

 

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
• Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Previous experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical
• Experience using power tools and hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude.
